Supporting your whole being!

There are so many narratives telling you how to eat, what to eat, and when to eat. You may feel overwhelmed and stuck in a cycle of dieting, only to find yourself once again deprived, unhappy, and confused. You may be feeling overwhelmed with a health condition and unsure how to best use nutrition to support yourself.

I use a Health at Every Size approach with an emphasis on Intuitive Eating to help you learn how to honor yourself and support your mental health through food. I offer integrative and functional nutrition that will be unique to you, and offer practical skill teaching to empower you to nourish your body and manage your health.

Through this approach my goal is to work together to redefine what food means to you and to help you feel your best with the power of nutrition.

"You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of. You will never live if you are looking for the meaning of life."

-Albert Camus
