Sacred Self: an Intentional Meditation Group

Create the life you Love, by cultivating a self of joy




We have started a new meditation group that will meet weekly on Thursdays at 8am PST. The first half will be an introduction to the the theme of the week and of the practice, followed by a Guided Mediation. The second half is a process group for those who attend live (not included in the audio recording). At the end of session, there will be a Journal Prompt, which will be used for generating the theme for the following session. The Journal Prompt is included below!

What are my thoughts telling me about how I perceive myself, others, the past, the present, or the future? What are helpful thoughts to have? Which are not so helpful? Which thoughts do I have on a daily basis?
